처리하는 정보

SyncCut은 사용자가 선택한 영상, 파일명·크기 같은 업로드 메타데이터, 동기화·렌더링 작업 상태를 처리합니다. 서비스 보안과 장애 분석을 위해 IP 기반 요청 제한 정보, 요청 ID, 응답 상태와 처리 시간이 단기간 기록될 수 있습니다.

영상의 사용과 보관

영상은 동기화와 내보내기 기능 제공 목적으로만 사용됩니다. 브라우저가 비공개 Cloudflare R2 버킷에 직접 업로드하고 Railway의 API와 Worker가 처리합니다. 프로젝트와 출력물은 생성 후 최대 24시간 안에 자동 삭제되며, 진행 화면에서 취소하면 즉시 삭제를 요청합니다. 법적 의무나 보안 사고 대응에 필요한 경우를 제외하고 영상을 다른 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.

쿠키와 광고

필수 보안 기능인 Cloudflare Turnstile이 보안 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다. Google AdSense가 활성화되면 Google 및 파트너가 광고 제공·측정·부정 사용 방지를 위해 쿠키나 유사 기술을 사용할 수 있습니다. 필요한 지역에서는 Google이 승인한 동의 관리 플랫폼을 통해 선택권을 제공합니다.

문의 및 삭제

진행 중 프로젝트는 취소 버튼으로 삭제할 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 개인정보 문의는 SyncCut 공개 지원 채널로 접수할 수 있으며, 민감한 정보나 비밀키는 작성하지 마세요.

Privacy Policy

SyncCut processes uploaded videos and minimal file/job metadata only to synchronize and render your media. Files are uploaded directly to a private Cloudflare R2 bucket and processed by services on Railway. Projects and outputs are automatically deleted within 24 hours; cancelling requests immediate deletion. Security logs may temporarily contain an IP-based rate-limit key, request ID, response status, and timing. Cloudflare Turnstile may process security data. If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies for ads, measurement, and fraud prevention, with a Google-certified consent platform where required. Contact us through the public support channel and never post secrets there.
