Information we process
SyncCut processes selected videos, upload metadata such as filenames and sizes, and synchronization and rendering job status. IP-based rate-limit information, request IDs, response status and processing time may be logged temporarily for security and troubleshooting.
Video use and retention
Videos are used only to provide synchronization and export. Your browser uploads directly to a private Cloudflare R2 bucket, and Railway API and Worker services process the files. Projects and outputs are automatically deleted within 24 hours of creation; cancellation requests immediate deletion. Except where required by law or security incident response, videos are not used for other purposes.
Cookies and advertising
Cloudflare Turnstile may process security data. When Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. A Google-certified consent platform provides choices where required.

Use the cancel button to request deletion of an ongoing project. For other privacy inquiries, use the public support channel below. Do not post sensitive information or secret keys.
