Get help with SyncCut

The current support channel is the project’s public GitHub issue tracker. Check existing reports, or open an issue with enough non-sensitive detail to reproduce the problem. A GitHub account may be required to submit a report.

1. Describe the step: selecting files, uploading, analyzing, previewing or exporting.
2. Include your browser, operating system, approximate file sizes, duration and codecs if known.
3. Copy the visible error and say whether it affects all videos or one specific file. Redact private filenames and identifiers from screenshots.
4. For an alignment issue, describe whether the offset is constant or grows over time. Do not upload the original recording to a public issue.
